Our Learning Spaces
Our wonderful Kindercare Learning environments and spaces work hand-in-hand with our dedicated weekly program, equipping children to build trusting relationships, develop positive social interactions and facilitate educational experiences.
Our learning spaces are safe, supportive, nurturing and are filled with age-appropriate resources to assist in your child’s mental, social, cognitive, emotional and physical development.
Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers and school-age children are all encouraged to be creative, inspiring, responsible, social, respectful and to continue discovering a sense of self and belonging.
In alignment with the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and Early Years Learning Framework, all activities and experiences are enriched through involvement, promotion of problem-solving, understanding, familiarity and encouraging positive learning for your precious one or two.

Our service and learning caters for each child individually and in groups. Families are encouraged to comment, provide feedback and extend on children’s learning together with their child’s educator. Our program includes interest projects, incursions, centre events, direct and in-direct learning opportunities, family involvement and celebrations.
Making Kindercare Learning Centre your one-stop-care covering all your child’s early growing needs from birth until they turn 12 years old.
School-readiness Program
Our school-readiness program focuses on getting your child ready to enter the “school-force”. We offer a number of learning opportunities and children’s awareness of literacy and numeracy activities, offering children the best start transitioning to school from Kindercare Learning Centre.
Our school readiness program also builds on skills such as language and communication, children’s self-help skills, taking care of belongings, following simple directions and providing activities to build on children’s social and emotional skills through play and routines.
We accommodate your child after they have entered Kindergarten until they are in Year 6 (12 years old) by providing daily Before and After School care for them. We also accommodate children during vacation and pupil free days. (please see section on Before and After School Care).

Before and After School Care
Kindercare Learning Centre operates a Before and After School Care program called Homework Club that staff earnestly work hard to provide our love and care for primary school-aged children in the Doonside district and precinct.
This service is available to students enrolled in Kindergarten to Year 6. This welcoming and nurturing environment for all children in our community gives parents the imperative peace of mind that their young ones are being well looked after at all times – especially before school and after school.
Children are picked up and taken to school in the morning and picked up from school in the afternoon – daily.
Currently, we accommodate students from St John Vianney’s Primary School and Crawford Public School. Your school child’s safety, happiness, self-esteem, health and nutrition are our top priorities. Above all, we value their unique personality and identity, putting your children number one.
